The design and ordering appointment is my absolute favorite part of our time together! I LOVE seeing my mamas get emotional seeing the beauty and bond they've worked so hard to create in their families.
Here's what our time together looks like at your design and ordering appointment:
When you arrive at the studio I'll get you settled with some snacks while you watch a little video preview of your images. If you chose to add a session film, we will watch it at this time.
Then we will go through all of your images from your session. We do this using the 25+ proof prints included in your session fee; you will receive a proof print for every image I chose to include in your file set. By viewing your images in print vs. on a computer, you can see what your image looks like in print vs. on the screen then make piles of your favorite images, images to include in albums or in a frame, images you only want as a digital file- whatever you choose! Remember, these prints are yours to take home in a beautiful handcrafted brass and glass box. You can see an example of these in the top corner of the photo below.
After you sort through your prints, we will move onto designing your artwork unless you choose to only purchase digital files.
I offer some of the most beautiful fine art prints, frames, and albums available through professional printers. All of my products are backed with a lifetime guarantee! Everything is printed on archival paper built to last 300+ years.
I also offer birth announcements, holiday cards, and a few other add-on items!
Once you've decided and paid for your artwork, I will immediately start designing it.
It is important to note that I accept all major credit cards, cash, and check. Payment plans are available, but your artwork will not be ordered until you've paid in full.
After your designs are complete, I will send them to you for your review. Acceptance or changes must be submitted back to me within 24 hours.
As soon as everything is paid for and approved on your end, I will submit your order. Most orders are back to me within two weeks. Once your order arrives, I check the quality before scheduling a time to hand-deliver it. If you ordered a framed print or gallery wall, we will gladly install it for you!
